SERVICE

By accessing or using ZONERA ("Platform", "we", "us") at zonera.fun, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. Together they form a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the platform immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZONERA. Date of birth is collected at registration and the platform refuses signup below 13. By using ZONERA you represent you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.

ZONERA is intended for users aged 13+. Users under the age required by local law must obtain parental consent before using the service.

Some features may use stricter safety defaults or be unavailable based on your age, inferred region, local requirements, or platform safety needs. ZONERA may infer broad region from technical signals such as IP or edge country instead of asking you to choose a country at signup. If eligibility for a restricted feature cannot be confirmed, we may pause that feature until it can be verified.

In some regions, social features may require a higher minimum age or extra protections. For example, where UAE social media age rules apply, ZONERA may block account-backed social features for users under 15 and apply protected defaults for users aged 15 and 16. Protected defaults may affect direct messages, live chat, friend or squad discovery, activity status, Clipz publishing, social games, personalized partner ads, and similar features.

One account per person. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share, sell, or transfer account access. We may suspend, terminate, or reclaim any account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

You own your content. By posting on ZONERA, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the platform. This license ends when you delete your content, except for copies already shared, cached, or archived by the platform or other users. You represent your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

ZONERA accepts media only through features that expressly support it. ZONERA Clipz gameplay clips are submitted through ZONERA Companion, use ZONERA's supported capture and review-eligible submission flow before they can be published, and are stored using ZONERA-controlled media storage. See Section 14a (ZONERA Clipz capture, review, and storage) for the full clip rules. Text fields, DMs, profile fields, and links must not be used to share unsupported media or unsafe files.

ZONERA Cinema titles may carry ZONERA maturity guidance and content advisories such as language, violence, nudity, substance use, horror, self-harm, or flashing lights. This guidance helps members decide what to watch and helps ZONERA restrict mature films by age where appropriate. It is not an official rating from a government or film-ratings board unless expressly stated. Creators must label their films honestly, and ZONERA may change guidance, restrict access, unpublish, or remove films during moderation, rights review, or safety review.

ZONERA is an all-in-one interactive platform organized around topic zones, covering entertainment, sports, games, reviews, clips, picks, conversation, communities, and more, and it keeps expanding. It is not a legal, medical, therapeutic, emergency, dating, personal crisis, confessional, family-dispute, or real-world meetup service. Do not use ZONERA to seek or provide professional advice, arrange offline gatherings, solicit dating or sexual contact, or post sensitive personal stories that belong with qualified professionals or trusted local resources.

We are not responsible for user-generated content. Views expressed by users are their own.

ZONERA offers anonymous posting. Your identity is hidden from other users but retained by ZONERA for moderation and legal purposes. Anonymity is not guaranteed. All platform rules apply equally to anonymous content.

ZORA is an in-platform reward currency with no real-world monetary value. ZORA is not a financial instrument, not property, not a cryptocurrency, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the platform. You have no ownership or property rights in ZORA. ZORA cannot be purchased. It is awarded in-platform only. (ZBUCKS, covered in Section 07, are the prepaid credits you buy with money; they are separate from ZORA.)

How ZORA is awarded. ZORA can be awarded for genuine participation, including: making eligible posts and comments; receiving upvotes on your posts; writing a genuine review of something you actually used or played (one account award per reviewed item, with written content required and game reviews verified against your own play); keeping a posting streak and reaching streak milestones; eligible in-platform game activity; eligible ZONERA Picks activity where available; referrals from people who join and stay active; and one-time launch bonuses. Which actions are eligible, and how much ZORA may be awarded, are shown in ZONERA and may change at any time.

Limits and fair use. ZORA awards are subject to fair-use limits so the economy stays balanced and rewards real activity. These include a shared daily cap on what posting, commenting, and upvotes can receive; one awarded reward per reviewed item; and limits on how many referral rewards can be awarded. ZORA is only awarded for genuine activity that complies with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Farming, automation, bots, multiple or fake accounts, vote rings, coordinated or pair activity, duplicate or low-effort submissions, fake or incentivized reviews, and any attempt to game the reward system are prohibited. The exact rates, caps, cooldowns, and eligibility rules are shown in ZONERA at the time you act and may change at any time without notice. We may withhold, reduce, reverse, reset, or void ZORA, and take account action, for activity we determine is abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or in violation of these Terms.

We may adjust ZORA balances, award rates, costs, and the entire economy at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may void any transaction obtained through fraud or abuse. ZORA balances are forfeited on account deletion or termination with no compensation.

Packs, drops, reward rolls, drop rates, guarantees, daily caps, fees, cooldowns, item eligibility, and cosmetic outcomes follow the rules shown in ZONERA at the time you use them. Any displayed probabilities are informational estimates unless the product expressly labels a result as guaranteed. No specific item, rarity, reward amount, match outcome, or ZORA result is guaranteed.

ZBUCKS are prepaid in-platform credits purchased with USD through the payment method shown at checkout. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. iOS app purchases, where available, are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. ZBUCKS can be used to buy cosmetic items and other available platform features. ZBUCKS have no real-world value outside the platform. All purchases are final except where required by law.

ZBUCKS cannot be transferred between accounts, traded, sold, or exchanged for ZORA or cash. We may adjust ZBUCKS pricing, item costs, and availability at any time. Unused ZBUCKS are forfeited on account deletion or permanent suspension.

Age and regional availability. Paid randomized ZBUCKS packs and reward spins require a date of birth showing you are at least 18. Paid randomized packs and reward spins are not available in Belgium, the Netherlands, or other regions ZONERA may designate from time to time. Fixed ZBUCKS bundles may remain available unless normal checkout, age, platform, or legal restrictions apply. ZONERA may decline or block transactions based on your age or region.

Users may buy and sell eligible virtual items between each other using ZORA only via the marketplace. Eligible items are limited to outfits, accessories (hats, shoes, etc.), profile backdrops, and aura glows. Identity items (skin tones and hair palettes) are Store-only and cannot be sold between players. The ZBUCKS Shop sells cosmetic and identity items, including avatar glows, badges, handle changes, pets, outfits, hair, and skins. ZBUCKS Shop items may be sold for ZORA, ZBUCKS, or both, as shown before purchase. Limited drops can rotate in or out of availability, but purchased cosmetic ownership stays on the account unless removed for abuse, error correction, or legal/compliance reasons. ZORA itself cannot be purchased. It is awarded in-platform only.

Items have no value outside the platform. No real-money trading is permitted. We may void any transaction involving fraud or manipulation.

Cosmetic previews and live rendering. Cosmetic items are virtual goods and visual entitlements, not fixed screenshots. This includes outfits, accessories, backdrops, name glows, avatar/profile glows, name tags, badges, pets, Companion skins, and similar items. ZONERA works to keep marketplace cards, wardrobe, profile, feed, chat, DMs, live chats, share cards, games, and Companion rendering consistent through the same account item records, but appearance may vary by device, operating system, browser, theme, animation support, accessibility settings, screen size, and later platform updates. The item ID and account ownership/equip record shown by ZONERA is the canonical entitlement, not any single preview image, screenshot, or older Companion build.

Cosmetics may evolve. We may adjust, redesign, rename, consolidate, retire, replace, recolor, rebalance, or move cosmetic rendering, animations, labels, rarity presentation, supported surfaces, availability, tradeability flags, listing eligibility, and pricing at any time, with or without notice, including for platform evolution, performance, brand consistency, bug fixes, abuse prevention, moderation, or legal/compliance reasons. No specific visual treatment is guaranteed in perpetuity. If a material paid entitlement is removed instead of visually updated, replaced, or kept as a legacy entitlement, ZONERA may provide an account credit, substitute item, refund where required by law, or another remedy at its discretion.

ZONERA Picks are ZONERA-created social YES/NO prompts that may use closed-loop in-platform ZORA only when that mode is available. They are not gambling, betting, fantasy sports wagering, paid prediction contests, cash-prize competitions, or financial products. ZORA has no cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, crypto, NFTs, or off-platform value. ZONERA may resolve, cancel, reverse, pause, or remove any pick at its discretion.

Games can use closed-loop ZORA entry mechanics where shown. Entries are displayed in ZONERA and may change. This is not real-money gambling. ZORA has no cash value and cannot be cashed out or transferred off-platform. Cheating, collusion, or exploit abuse may result in account action. Technical issues may cause a game to be voided, refunded in ZORA, or reviewed by ZONERA.

ZONERA lets you rate things it supports, such as games, from one to five stars and write a review. A review is user content posted by you, governed by Section 04 (User Content License) and the Community Guidelines. Reviews are personal opinions of the person who wrote them and are not endorsements, verifications, or statements by ZONERA. We do not guarantee that any review is accurate, and the reviewed product, game, place, or service is not affiliated with ZONERA unless we state otherwise.

You must review only your own genuine experience. Fake, paid, incentivized, impersonated, automated, coordinated, or manipulated reviews are prohibited, including review-bombing, brigading, and posting low-effort reviews to farm rewards. A written review may receive ZORA once per reviewed item under the rules shown in ZONERA; ratings without genuine written content do not receive ZORA. We may hide, remove, or reset reviews and ZORA, and take account action, for manipulation, abuse, or violation of these Terms or the Guidelines.

Third-party games are not ZONERA. The Gamers Zone, online game sessions, open squads, crews, activity presence, and Clipz help you find people and organize online play sessions for games that are made, hosted, sold, and controlled by other companies. ZONERA does not build, host, operate, rank, patch, or endorse those external games. We are not responsible for their availability, quality, bugs, balance, fairness, anti-cheat systems, account bans or suspensions, in-game purchases or prices, content, downtime, data practices, or anything that happens while you play them. Each external game has its own terms, rules, ratings, and age requirements; you are responsible for following them, and you play those games at your own risk.

Matchmaking is social, not a guarantee. Open squads, crews, and game chats are only a way to meet other players. ZONERA does not vet, verify, or vouch for anyone you meet, their skill, conduct, or fairness, and does not guarantee a match, a teammate, a completed session, or any result. Treat other players as strangers, keep private and off-platform contact details to yourself, and report behavior that breaks the Community Guidelines.

Health and responsible play. ZONERA is for entertainment and is not a health, medical, fitness, or wellbeing product. Screen time and play can affect your eyes, hands, posture, sleep, mood, finances, and time. Play in moderation, take regular breaks, and stop if you feel unwell. ZONERA does not monitor, diagnose, or manage your health and accepts no liability for any physical or mental health effect arising from screen time, play, or use of the platform. If your use of ZONERA is affecting your wellbeing, schoolwork, job, finances, or relationships, please seek appropriate help.

ZONERA aggregates news headlines from third-party sources. We do not create, verify, or endorse this content. All rights belong to the original publishers. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated news.

ZONERA's Watch Party feature embeds YouTube videos using YouTube's public embed player. ZONERA does not host, store, or redistribute any video content. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube to your browser.

By using Watch Together, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. YouTube may collect data about your viewing activity in accordance with their own policies.

ZONERA is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any YouTube video. Videos may contain content that is inappropriate, offensive, or inaccurate. Users embed videos at their own discretion. If a video violates our Community Guidelines, users can report the watch party and we will take appropriate action.

ZONERA does not modify, alter, or rebroadcast YouTube content. We provide only a synchronised viewing interface. The video itself is served entirely by YouTube.

ZONERA AI (@zonerai) is experimental. AI-generated responses are not verified, may be wrong, and should not be relied on for decisions of consequence. We accept no liability for AI-generated content. AI features may be changed or removed at any time.

Picks AI Analysis is an optional feature that may be free or paid as shown before use. It may read the pick prompt, side labels, current split, ZORA volume, and recent in-platform activity to produce a short context read. It does not guarantee accuracy, predict outcomes, tell you what to choose, or provide financial, legal, gambling, investment, academic, professional, or other decision guidance. ZORA and ZBUCKS have no cash value, external redemption, or off-platform transfer. Personal AI features, if released, will be optional and subject to the same platform rules, pricing controls, and safety limits shown before use.

ZONERA Tools, including AI Detector, Translate, Grammar Checker, and Paraphraser, are assistive utilities only. They may analyze pasted text to surface repeated phrasing, citation gaps, and draft risk notes, or process it through an AI service to produce a translation, correction, or rewrite. Text you submit to an AI-assisted tool is processed only to generate your result, is not used to train models, and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Results may be wrong. These tools do not guarantee originality, accuracy, or fluency, detect every match, provide legal or academic advice, or replace your school, employer, platform, or publisher policy. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, or third-party material you are not allowed to process.

ZONERA Companion is an optional desktop helper. You do not need it to use ZONERA. If installed and enabled, it can power the Companion features you choose: activity status, local notifications, ZONERA links, availability sharing, and ZONERA Clipz capture. Companion does not decide rewards, prices, drop rates, moderation outcomes, or game outcomes. It is not designed to collect private messages, personal documents, calendar details, reminder text, meeting details, or unrelated device activity, and it does not install games, run mods, or execute user files.

Companion is not a monitoring, workplace, safety, medical, legal, emergency, or time-critical notification product. Notifications may be delayed, hidden by your operating system, or visible to anyone who can see your device screen. You are responsible for device permissions, shared-device privacy, and uninstalling or turning off Companion when you do not want activity shared.

Companion does not determine pack drop rates, reward rolls, ZORA costs, ZBUCKS costs, marketplace prices, ranks, open squads, crews, or game outcomes. Those follow the rules shown inside ZONERA. Preview builds are provided as-is and may be unavailable, incorrect, incomplete, or unable to detect every game or app.

ZONERA Clipz capture consent and permissions. If you manually start clip capture in ZONERA Companion, you expressly authorize capture of the detected gameplay footage for that session. On macOS, capture requires Apple Screen Recording permission; no capture occurs until you start it, and you can revoke permission in macOS system settings at any time.

Clipz submission path. ZONERA Clipz media must be submitted through the ZONERA feature designed for it. Other ZONERA surfaces are for text, links, and normal account activity, not file submission.

Submission review. ZONERA may reject clips that appear incomplete, duplicated, unsupported, edited in a way that violates the rules, or otherwise unsafe for the platform.

Review before public posting. Captured clips are not publicly visible until ZONERA's configured upload checks or a manual approval path allow publication. Rejected clips are not published. ZONERA may use automated checks, admin decisions, user reports, or later review, but publication does not mean ZONERA verified the gameplay event, ranking, ownership, skill, or every frame of the clip. Clips may be held longer where abuse, evasion, impersonation, private information, or policy violations are suspected. Published clips may be linked to a Gamers Zone feed post and the public ZONERA Clipz feed.

Minors and privacy. Do not capture or post private information, voice chat, faces, school information, real names, addresses, contact details, or identifying details of minors or other people without permission. ZONERA may remove clips, hide posts, restrict Clipz access, or suspend accounts for privacy or safety reasons.

Storage and retention. Approved and pending ZONERA Clipz media are stored using ZONERA-controlled media storage. Rejected or quarantined clip files may be retained for moderation and abuse-prevention review for up to 30 days, then deleted unless law requires longer retention. ZONERA may change storage providers without changing your rights under these Terms.

Deletion rights. You may delete your own captured ZONERA Clipz content from your account. Upon deletion, ZONERA removes public access and deletes the associated stored media within a reasonable operational window, subject to legal hold, abuse-prevention needs, or short-lived backup lifecycle constraints. Deleting the linked post also unlinks and removes the underlying clip media.

You agree not to engage in any conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. Additionally, you may not:

• Violate any applicable law
• Use bots, scripts, or automation on the platform
• Reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Create multiple accounts for abuse
• Manipulate ZORA, votes, or any platform metric
• Circumvent moderation, bans, or blocks
• Use ZONERA for professional advice, crisis counseling, dating, sexual solicitation, real-world meetup planning, or unsafe personal disclosures

Account states. Enforcement is graduated. Each state restricts access to different parts of the platform:

• Warning / Strike: recorded violation. Three strikes within an active period escalate to under-review status. You can post and play; strikes are visible to you in Settings.
• Under review (soft ban): your account is read-only while a moderator reviews flagged activity. There is no fixed lift date. The restriction lifts when the review completes. Open game and ZONERA Picks positions remain valid; marketplace listings are paused.
• Temporary ban: fixed-duration suspension with an explicit end date. You cannot post, play, trade, or DM. Open game and ZONERA Picks positions are settled at fair market value; marketplace listings are removed; ZBUCKS items remain attached to the account.
• Permanent ban: irreversible termination. ZORA balances, virtual items, marketplace listings, and open positions are forfeited with no compensation. ZBUCKS purchases are not refundable except where required by law. Some permanent bans include one appeal within 30 days when your notice or account state says appeal is available; otherwise the decision is final.

Appeals. You can ask Support to review eligible enforcement actions. Appeal availability is shown in the account notice or Support flow. ZONERA may make actions final without appeal where needed for severe safety, security, legal compliance, payment abuse, ban evasion, deleted or anonymized accounts, or abuse prevention.

Platform fees. ZORA-denominated activity (games, ZONERA Picks, marketplace, quick-sell, spin) is subject to platform fees. Current rates are shown in ZONERA at every transaction and may change at any time.

ZONERA reserves the right to void, reverse, or adjust any ZORA transaction, game result, or pick outcome if we determine it was obtained through abuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

ZBUCKS purchases are final. No refunds are offered for purchased ZBUCKS or items bought with ZBUCKS, except where required by applicable law or where the checkout provider or operator issues a refund. ZORA cannot be purchased with real money and therefore cannot be refunded.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-disputed purchase is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all ZORA, ZBUCKS, items, and open positions. If a refund is issued through Stripe, Apple, or another checkout provider, the corresponding ZBUCKS balance and any items granted from that purchase may be reversed.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including features, the ZORA economy, games, marketplace, Companion, or the entire service, for any reason, without notice or liability. We may remove any content, terminate any account, and make any moderation decision at our sole discretion. No uptime or availability is guaranteed.

ZONERA™ is a claimed brand mark. Registration status may vary by jurisdiction. The ZONERA name, logo, "Z" pixel art, ZORA currency name, ZONERA Companion name, and all platform branding are the exclusive property of the platform operator. You may not use, copy, or imitate any ZONERA trademarks, logos, product names, or branding without prior written permission. All platform code, design, and original content created by ZONERA are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

ZONERA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Designated Copyright Agent. Notices of claimed infringement may be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent:

This agent receives copyright notices only. Other inquiries sent to this address may not receive a response.

Filing a notice of infringement. To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send the Designated Copyright Agent a written notice that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL or a clear description) for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If your notice does not include all of these elements, it may not be valid under the DMCA, and we may be unable to act on it.

Counter-notification. If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send the Designated Copyright Agent a written counter-notice that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the District of Delaware), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party first notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. Submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Repeat infringers. ZONERA maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

THE PLATFORM, COMPANION, ZONERA TOOLS, CONNECTED ACCOUNT FEATURES, NOTIFICATIONS, GAMES, PACKS, MARKETPLACE, AND ZORA ECONOMY ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONERA AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, ZORA BALANCES, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR GAME OUTCOMES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ZONERA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZONERA, its operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and fees (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform, content you post, your violation of these Terms or any law, or any dispute between you and another user.

MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted on an individual basis only.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Statute of limitations: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. This choice of law applies regardless of where you or the platform operator are located. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines constitute the entire agreement between you and ZONERA.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Survival. Sections on content license, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at zonera.fun/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
