How do I appeal a ban or strike?
If you can sign in, open Support inside ZONERA and choose the appeal option when it is available. If you are locked out, use this public form with your handle and the action you want reviewed. Appeal availability depends on the action: temporary bans usually end on the stated date, while eligible permanent bans allow one review within the shown window. We aim to review eligible appeals within 5 business days; complex safety, legal, or security cases can take longer.
What is ZORA?
ZORA is ZONERA's in-platform reward currency. You can earn it through eligible activity, games, referrals, and ZONERA Picks when available. It cannot be bought, cashed out, or moved off-platform.
How do game challenges work?
Type
/challenge in a DM. If a ZORA entry applies, both players see the entry, fee, and expected result before accepting. Matches are server-validated.Why was my post removed?
Posts can be removed when they break the Community Guidelines or need moderation review. If you can sign in, request review from in-app Support so the review is tied to your account.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, Account, Delete Account. You get a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. During that window, sign in or contact support to cancel.
Is ZONERA free?
Yes. ZONERA is free to join. Some cosmetic or identity items may use ZBUCKS, and we do not sell your data.
How do I get more ZORA?
Earn ZORA from eligible activity such as posts, comments, streaks, games, ZONERA Picks, and referrals. Current rates and caps are shown in the app.
What's the difference between ZORA and ZBUCKS?
ZORA is the reward currency you earn through activity. It cannot be bought, cannot be cashed out, and stays inside the platform. ZBUCKS is the premium currency you buy with real money for select cosmetics and features. The ZORA icon is a circle Z, the ZBUCKS icon is a rounded-rectangle Z.
How do I create my own Zone?
From the app, open the Zones page and tap Create. A short cooldown between new Zones helps prevent spam. Private zones are invite-only or approval-based and have a small ZORA cost shown at creation.
How do I get verified?
Start on the Verification page, where you can review the criteria any time. Once signups are open and you own the account that will carry the mark, you submit your request there. We review for identity confirmation, public profile presence, and platform engagement. Verification is free; the orange mark appears wherever your handle does once approved. Most decisions land within 14 days.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter your email. We send a single-use reset link that expires after 1 hour. Reset tokens cannot be reused, and resetting also invalidates all your other active sessions for security.
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Open Settings, Account, Security, and turn on two-factor authentication. Once it's on, signing in asks for your password plus a 6-digit code we email you. You can turn it off from the same screen at any time.
Can I switch between dark and light mode?
Yes. Tap the theme toggle in the top right. Your choice is remembered per device. Both themes are fully designed; orange CTAs always have cream text for readability in either theme.
Who can DM me? Can I block messages?
By default, DMs are open from people you follow. Open Settings, Privacy, DM Policy to switch to "Verified only", "Followers only", or "Nobody". You can block specific users from their profile menu; blocked users cannot DM, follow, or interact with your content.
