If you can't sign in, your email changed, or someone took over your account, write to us with your handle and the email you originally signed up with. We verify identity manually and restore access. Don't post on the platform with a different account in the meantime. That complicates the verification.

I can't sign in to my account.
First, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in screen. If you no longer have access to the email on the account, email hello@zonera.fun with your handle and the email you originally used.
I haven't received my verification email.
Check spam or junk first, then use "Resend verification email" on the sign-in screen. If you can sign in, open Settings, Support. If you cannot access the account at all, email hello@zonera.fun.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, Account, Delete inside ZONERA and follow the steps. If the account is inaccessible, use this public contact path and we will verify ownership before acting.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Open Settings, Account inside ZONERA and choose Download a copy. Export is live, so you get your data right away, no waiting. If your account is inaccessible, email legal@zonera.fun with the subject line "Privacy Request - Data Export" and we'll verify your identity and provide your data within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
Someone is impersonating me or using my name/photo.
Use the in-platform Report button on the profile and choose impersonation. If the report feature is not accessible to you, email complaints@zonera.fun with the username.
I want to report a copyright infringement (DMCA).
Email legal@zonera.fun with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request". Include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) a link to the infringing content on ZONERA; (3) your contact details; and (4) a statement confirming you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. Typical response: 5 to 10 business days.
Is there a way to contact ZONERA within the platform?
Use Settings, then Support inside ZONERA for account help, billing issues, bug reports, and moderation requests. Official updates may appear from @ZONERASUPPORT, but system accounts do not accept direct messages.

Use Report a Glitch inside the platform whenever possible. It includes technical context so fixes are faster. If the app will not open, email hello@zonera.fun.
