How companies earn trust.
When employer tools open, every company will earn its standing through verification, never by typing a name. This is the planned trust ladder. Verification isn't live yet, so no company has a status here.
The public would only ever see a coarse status: Unverified, Verification pending, Verified employer, Trusted employer, or Suspended. There is no public numeric score, and no company has a live status until the verification backend exists.
Trust & admin reference.
A design reference for how careers trust and moderation would be operated internally. None of these controls are wired. There is no careers admin or trust backend. Shown for transparency only.
Reference only. Verification, trust scoring, badge granting, and moderation are operated by ZONERA staff through internal tooling that doesn't exist yet. Employer power is earned through verification and enforced server-side, never granted from this page.
No paid feature would activate unless verified, billing valid, admin allows, region allows, not suspended, and not paused. Audit and application records are retained even on revoke unless legal or privacy requires removal.

Careers is planned for 18+ at launch. Younger access depends on legal review per region. No ID upload at launch.
No Careers profile, no applications, no recruiter visibility. Fully blocked.
No public profile or recruiter contact unless a guardian or legal model is approved. Safe exploration only if approved.
